About Me
Hello! My name is Dewayne Outlaw. I am an Information Technology graduate – with honors – of the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. Currently, I am employed as an LMS Administrator where I oversee the functionality of an electronic training platform for a large local employer. Along with this, I have a passion for creating websites for others and myself, including this very website.

My step-by-step process
A very important part in web design is planning out each step to ensure that every necessary component is included. My step-by-step process includes:
Real-Time Meetings
To get to know you and what you need, meetings can be offered in-person (if local) or via electronic means (such as through Zoom, FaceTime, etc.)
Review & Feedback of Current Site
If you have a site that needs refreshing, I will complete an extensive review of the site and offer feedback of what works, what could be changed, and new ideas to add to keep the site fresh.
Visual Wireframes
After the completed real-time meeting, several wireframes will be sent to you so that you may see how your site may potentially flow before it is completed.
Ongoing Support
Maintenance is important after the completion of a website. To ensure that the site remains functional, ongoing support is offered to make sure that your site remains relevant and continues to work as intended.
